Server Room

  • Fix Bifrost reverse proxy entries
  • Hvergelmir VGA isn’t working
  • Upgrade Bifrost for newer Pi4 8GB, likely needs to be reinstalled
  • Route Server Wires on Wall
    • Plan wiring
    • Buy longer USB-C
    • Install drywall anchors
    • Install wire hooks

Arcade

  • Hang arcade sides
    • Line up and mark the arcade sides for cleat location
    • Lay down some plastic to catch sawdust
    • Drill holes for dowels in arcade sides
    • Drill holes for dowels in cleats
    • Trim & taper dowels
    • Glue & hammer in dowels
    • Install rubber bumpers
    • Hang the sides on
  • Arcade control board
    • Undo the current rats nest of wires
    • Install all the buttons, 8 still need to be drilled
    • Drill out and install the cable pass-through
    • Create channels through support
    • Add more support beams to the box
    • Install wire terminals
    • Install boards
    • Run all 240 switch wires where they need to go
    • Run all 19 cables where they need to go
    • Tie down all the wires and cables
    • Cut and glue a new corner piece onto the control panel
    • File the corners
    • Mount the control board
    • Install cup holders maybe???
